Women’s kickboxing

Women’s contactless kickboxing allows you to move actively during the training process, works out all the muscle groups and teaches you how to hit with your hands and legs. During these classes you can easily relieve stress and sweat up from head to toes. Key word is “contactless” which means there’s no pair work, so you don’t have to beat anyone. This is perfect for active women who love or want to fall for sport.

What’s CrossFit?

What’s CrossFit?

It is a complex high intensity, multi-interval and diverse system. Created and certified by American fitness trainer Greg Glassman, it’s used by affiliated fitness clubs, firemen teams and coaches around the world, including Royal Danish Lifeguards. There are elements and tools of variety of disciplines, including weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and aerobics.

What is the difference between CrossFit and a regular fitness club?

What is the difference between CrossFit and a regular fitness club?

CrossFit is completely different from a regular gym. Imagine a typical day in the gym: bunch of jocks rambling around the gear, some newbies who can’t figure what is what. Both are constantly distracted to answer the phone. No guarantee that a sluggish training like that can help them approach their goal.

CrossFit is a certified system of well-thought-out trainings, an hour long length each. It is a ragged effort, however even being wiped out by the end of the day you would like to come back tomorrow. Because every move here serves to your goal, and you’ll see the result in a few weeks.

What an average CrossFit training looks like?

It’s quite simple: a warm-up in the beginning prepares you to the hardest part of physical activity. Then there’s a high intensity workout of the day. Next — some stretching or additional strength exercise. All the trainings are under instructors’ supervision, all the exercises and records are kept which allows to control your progress and compete with other participants. Each group consists of no more than 10 people, but you can also have personal trainings with a coach.

You can and you should. The thing is, everybody struggles: tough guys, marathoners and those who can hardly squeeze a lemon. Just focus on the result you want to obtain. CrossFit makes everyone an athlete and our coaches will be the Virgils to the new you.

Sure thing, because the crucial part of physical education is preserving the excitement and enthusiasm. Alternating programs is not only funny, but also healthy! For your comfort there’re two fully independent equipped zones in MSK CrossFit & Fight Club. One is designed for functional trainings, another is for martial arts.

Of course not! We call on women to do functional trainings and martial arts. Firstly, it’s beautiful. Secondly, it’s really one of the fastest and the most effective ways to get in shape. Thirdly, you will never get bored in this variety of disciplines. And finally you will stop to worry about your weight because here we measure the calories in endorphins. A pure joy.
